Timing is everything – especially in this fast paced world that we live in today – where every second counts! Whether you are a business owner, a bookkeeper, or even a new employee we all have probably more than we can handle on a daily basis.
Our “normal” day-to-day routine includes a lot of things on our “To Do” list, including a lot of payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. Keeping track of it all isn’t easy – I understand that one well.
There are certain things, like payroll tax payments and forms, that MUST be submitted by a certain date or you’ll get whacked with interest and penalties by the IRS. Keeping a checklist is often a smart thing to do – especially if you’ve just hired a new bookkeeper.
